Kilimanjaro Climb: Nagarajan Prathiba and Anirudha's fundraiser for Smiling Heart Foundation
Kilimanjaro

Climbing Kilimanjaro is no easy task, and we've been preparing for this significant feat for quite some time. Our trio, along with our friends' group, will be making the ascent between July 19th and 26th, 2024.

Equally important to us is the charitable aspect of our climb. We are undertaking this challenge to support the Smiling Heart Foundation UK, a charity dedicated to helping children born with congenital heart conditions who require corrective surgery.

We aim to raise funds to support the essential work of this charity. Your contribution can make a significant difference. Please donate and help us support this great cause.

We will be funding the cost of this climb ourselves. All the donations made will go towards the charity - Smiling Heart Foundation UK.

Many thanks to all your support for the charity.

We are very thankful to Dr Shivashankar (Cardiothoracic surgeon) and Dr Ravishankar (Dr Cardiologist) local hosts at Apex Heart Hospital, Thanjavur for organising the recently conducted charity event. We operated on 10 children with congenital heart defects, including three babies of less than 6 months old. Four of them travelled from Sri Lanka for surgery. Surgery covered both complex and simple heart defects in them. We are ever grateful to all those who contributed to continued success of Smiling Heart charity
